The centerpiece is a 2.08 carat pear-shaped, faceted natural sapphire, displaying a very fine vivid deep Ceylon blue color. Suspended from a pear-shaped diamond-set bail, the pendant also includes 1 pear brilliant cut natural diamond weighing 0.10 carats, and 31 round brilliant cut natural diamonds totaling 0.44 carats.
